Private Marquees

Put your guests trackside! Get your friends organised for a great day at the races with your own private marquee. The most sought after in race day hospitality is a trackside marquee. Situated along the home straight, horses will thunder past as you celebrate the day with your guests. From 15-200 people (*subject to COVID restrictions), we can accommodate every budget, taste & request to ensure your day is a success.

Marquee Hire Inclusions

  • Racecourse admission.
  • Private Marquee in trackside location.
  • Tables & chairs including decor.
  • TV screen.
  • Bar & Catering (Communal/Private) – depending on Marquee Selection.
  • Race books.
  • Wristbands.
  • Bookmaker.
  • Security.

  • Private marquees available on feature & premier race days.

Package Options

Marquee Hire Only – $80pp

Your guests can buy their own food from the food vans provided on site at their leisure and come back to the marquee at any time. Pre-order drink tickets for your guests.

Marquee Hire & Gourmet Grazing Platters* Package – $120pp
(includes marquee hire PLUS food. No drinks included.)

  • Marquee hire inclusions plus gourmet grazing platters*. Guests can then purchase their own drink tickets for the day if they are not big drinkers.

Complete Marquee, Food & Beverage Package – $160pp
(includes marquee hire PLUS food & beverage package.)

  • Gourmet grazing platters* and afternoon cheese platter*.
  • 12 golden drink tickets per person. Drinks can be asked for in lots of 4 per person from the communal bar (if more than 1 private marquee) and taken back to your marquee where an esky with ice will be provided to keep your drinks cold. If you are the only private marquee (very rare) then alternative arrangements for alcohol supply will be discussed directly with you. This adheres to our RSA liquor licensing obligations.

* All platters are currently being offered as individual gourmet food boxes to meet COVID requirements.
