Mid-Week Race Days
Mid-week races at the Mackay Turf Club provide a great opportunity to relax at the picturesque surrounds of Ooralea Racecourse and take in some great local racing.
Open to all ages, you can bring the whole family and enjoy an afternoon at the races.
With FREE ENTRY into the track and the air conditioned comfort of the Event Centre, why not take a break from your day to day activities and enjoy a weekday race trackside!
Open from 12.00pm-6.00pm. With light refreshments and hot food available (see our Facebook page for latest lunch menu), TAB betting facilities, TV’s galore and a bookmaker for fun, it really is a great mid-week choice for lunch with a view.
